Victoria Yards is a welcoming, community-driven space that celebrates the people, culture and creativity of Charlotte’s Center City. We host inclusive, equitable events that reflect our neighborhood, strengthen local connections, and uplift the diverse voices that make out community vibrant.
Standing only
Accommodates up to
1,600 people.
Standing/Seated
Accommodates up to
1,100 people.
Seated Only
Accommodates up to
500 people.
Rental Rates:
$2,000 for an 8-hour venue rental
(Includes 2 hours for set up and 2 hours for breakdown)
Additional hours are charged at $200/hr
Non-profit Rates:
$1,600 for an 8-hour venue rental
(Includes 2 hours for set up and 2 hours for breakdown)
Additional hours are charged at $150/hr
Parking lot rental
The parking lot connected to Victoria yards, 219 E 7th st - surface lot, is managed by pivot parking. there is no free parking ever in this lot.
